Whole Ham

A fresh ham is the whole pork leg (hind/rear leg) with the shank included. This can be cooked fresh, pickled and then cooked which are Julskinka hams, or smoked and are typically enjoyed for a holiday meal! (Needs to be fully cooked before consuming.)
