How It Works

What you need to know when placing an order:

Sign-up for an account

Once you are logged in, you can start shopping. Your order can be made months, weeks, or days in advance of your trip. Or at a minimum the day prior to your requested delivery.

Go For It

Add Items to your cart

You can start adding items that you would like to purchase to your cart. All the items that have been added to your cart will be stored on your account for up to 6 months. You can sign out and not lose the items that you have added

Checkout

When you are done shopping, you can check out. You will have to fill in all the fields on the checkout page. Furthermore, you will be able to pay for your cart via Visa Card, Master Card, AMEX, or Discover Card.

Once completed, you will get an email confirmation. Please check your junk folder if you don't see your e-mail confirmation within 15 minutes of placing your order.

Important Information

You will be able to select your date and time for delivery on the checkout page.

You do not need a room number before placing an order. Your room number will be registered under the name of the person that made the hotel reservation.

We don't offer same-day delivery, so orders should be placed at a minimum 24 hours prior to your requested delivery.

If you missed the cut-off time, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will be able to select your date and time on delivery while you are checking out.

Please remember, notify your Credit Card company before you process a transaction. As to avoid blocking the transaction due to the fact that we are an international company (In the Bahamas)
