Can I waive the REQUIRED adult (18 Years or Older) signature on my Delivery?
If you order from us, you are expressing to us that you are at least 18 years of age and that the person to whom it is being Delivered is also at least 18 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery (18 years or older). We know that sometimes it can be quite inconvenient to sign for your package, but under strict laws & regulations Instagopher shoppers are REQUIRED to collect an adult signature at the time of delivery from an adult at the actual shipping address. These measures are very important in making sure no minor is exposed to contents that should not be in their possession and also that the package is delivered to the correct address in a timely matter. If an adult is not available to sign for the package at the shipping address, Instagopher will make another further attempt to deliver. After the 2 attempt failures, the package will be returned back to our warehouse. Then a subsequent delivery fee will be incurred.
