Sunday & Special Holiday Restrictions

In the Bahamas, liquor stores are closed on Sundays and holidays. To accommodate these restrictions, please place your order by 5:30 pm the day before. If an item is delayed, we’ll return the following day with any missing liquor items at no extra charge of course!

Absolutely! You can place your order before your trip, specifying the delivery day and time. We’ll ensure everything is prepared and ready for your arrival.

What happens if my flight is delayed or my check-in time changes unexpectedly?

If your plans change, simply inform us as soon as possible. We’ll adjust your delivery time to align with your new schedule and arrange for secure storage at your hotel only if they allow and if refrigeration is possible, other wise we will need to make a subsequent delivery so your groceries remain fresh until you arrive.

Do you store my order if I’m not available to receive it right away?

At some hotels yes, if you’re delayed, we can securely store your order at your hotel or with the bell desk, depending on hotel policies. As some hotels allow for storage and some do not also some hotels don’t have refrigeration available for items that require it.

Is there a minimum order amount or any additional fees for arranging delivery in advance?

How do you handle items that need refrigeration if I’m not there to receive the delivery?

We arrange with your hotel to store perishable items in a refrigerated space if you’re unavailable at delivery time. Your groceries will be kept fresh for your arrival but this also depends on your accommodations policies. As some accommodations allow for storage if your are not there and some do not. If we need to make a subsequent delivery we will.

Are there any delivery restrictions for certain hotels or marinas in the Bahamas?

We deliver to most hotels, Airbnbs, and marinas throughout the Bahamas. However, specific locations may have delivery guidelines. We try our best to work closely with each establishment to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

What should I do if my preferred delivery date or time slot isn’t available?

Orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that you get your desired delivery slot. If you place an order in under 24 hours and would like it delivered earlier you can reach out to us to make this request. We’ll do our best to accommodate you but we can’t always guarantee availability if you do not order at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock or unavailable on delivery day?

If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product (e.g., 1% milk to 2% milk). We will never substitute with an unrelated item (e.g., orange juice for apple juice). You are always free to accept or decline any substitution and can return any substituted item for a full refund if necessary.

Can I track my delivery status, and will I be notified if there are any delays?

You can check updates on your delivery status anytime through your recent orders. Additionally, we'll notify you with a call or message regarding any changes to your order. Our goal is to keep you updated and informed every step of the way.
