We are delivering groceries to you in the comfort of your home or hotel room with increased sanitization practices. Supermarkets are frequented by hundreds of people in a given day, so there is an increased risk of contamination by COVID-19. We feel proud that we have made a real difference to help stop the spread of COVID-19 with our home and hotel delivery service.
All our staff have received extensive COVID-19 specific training in order to maintain a safe establishment and help prevent the spread of the virus. This training encompasses hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing protocols, and other health and safety procedures implemented.
Our staff are the lifeblood of our business. We are incredibly grateful to our team members for their ongoing and tireless efforts to serve our community in these difficult times. Each of our staff members are provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as disposable gloves and masks. Further, staff have been trained on how to properly use PPE, including how and when to wash their hands when changing protective items. We thank you for your support and ask that you continue to treat them with kindness and respect.
We are taking extra precautions and risk management measures, including but not limited to, wearing gloves, wearing masks, sanitizing trolley handles etc. In the interests of the community, we will endeavor to only touch those items in the store that we are intending to purchase.
